“Impressed as to how clean and maintained hotel was. Very spacious room. Thought it was a brand new hotel but had been there quite a while.”

“The door to my room was open. The room was a mess and stunk. They gave me a different room. It took several hours for the AC to cool it off in temps with a heat index of over 100F. I stayed for two nights and never had a bar of soap. The room was never straightened out the whole time I stayed there.”

“We were unable to find the opening to the building, walked all around there were two doors and stated that they were not to be opened. I fell tripping over the uneven sidewalk. I would have given this one star except I went next door to Best Western Hotel and found out they were the owners. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Stayed here for our kiddo’s graduation from Knox College. A beautiful wonderful property with so much history. We enjoyed seeing all the family history. My mother-in-law and I were reminded of visiting our family farms when we were younger. Only thing we didn’t like was the septic system is very old and you can’t flush toilet paper. Other than that it was a beautiful property and a cozy home.”

“The facility was well stocked with items we used. The master suite was wonderful. Laundry appliances and soap were available - and we used them. Because we were busy in town most of the weekend, we didn't get to use the hot tub, but it was available and ready for us. The host was very easy to reach whenever we had questions.”
